Barks and Brittles

Our Barks (Named such because it looks like the bark from a tree, but wow, what a magical forest!) are available in English Walnut, Pecan, Cashew, Marshmallow Peanut, Peppermint (made with white chocolate), and Toasted Coconut Almond.

Our Brittles are available in Peanut (nine pounds of peanuts per copper kettle-no skimping!), Coconut (wide flakes of coconut, the kind you can't find at your local grocery-and a couple pounds of peanuts tossed into the batch for good measure).

Also try our CASHEW BRITTLE! This stuff is excellent, so buttery!! People who don't even like cashews that much love this cashew brittle. Something wonderful happens to the cashew flavor when the raw nuts are cooked to 295 degrees in the kettle with sugar, corn syrup and butter. It's some kind of weird chemistry thing.
